Finely milled, dried leaves of the moringa tree (Moringa oleifera), a leaf long used in Indian cooking.
What does it taste like?
Earthy and grassy, a little like spinach or matcha. Fruit, curd, lemon and spices balance it well.

Is it organic?
Answer only with what you can verify. If you do not hold an organic certificate for this product, say so plainly.

Usage
How much should I use?
1 teaspoon (about 3 g) a day or as directed on the pack. Start with half and build up.

Can I cook with it?
Yes. For the brightest colour and mildest flavour, add it towards the end of cooking or to warm rather than boiling liquids.
